Origin
The existence of this breed is already evidenced around the mid-1800s. At that time it was known in the Bern region as Turkish Colombo. later it was called Mottled. The current name was attributed to it for the particularity of its beak, initially two-tone.
Overall impression
Colombo with a characteristic conformation, robust, yet elegant, with a pointed tuft, well-developed eye contours, a particularly flecked plumage design.
Breed coats
Mottled black, mottled red.
